Privacy Policy

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 18, 2026

GTransport LLC (“GTransport”, “we”) provides truck dispatch services to motor carriers, owner-operators and their drivers. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, sign-up forms, chat, load offers and messages, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

  • Contact requests and chat: your name, phone or WhatsApp number, MC number, home base, equipment, number of trucks, preferred language, and the messages you send to our website assistant.
  • Your account: your name, email address and mobile number. If you create a password, we store only a scrambled (hashed) version of it and can’t see the password itself. If you sign in with Google, see “Signing in with Google” below.
  • Carrier sign-up: company name, USDOT and MC numbers, address, company and owner contact details, driver names and phone numbers, truck type, dimensions and capacity, preferred lanes and rates, and factoring company details.
  • Documents you upload: W-9 (which contains a taxpayer identification number), certificate of insurance, MC authority letter, notice of assignment, a driver’s license and other documents you choose to provide.
  • Trip costs: fuel, toll and other receipts you photograph or enter in the app, with their amounts, dates and states.
  • Agreements and approvals: the name you type to sign, the date and time, your IP address and device information, and your answers to load offers.
  • Availability and notifications: where and when your truck will be empty (city and state), and a notification token if you turn on load-offer notifications.
  • Public carrier records: company names, USDOT and MC numbers, authority and insurance status and published contact details from the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA), which we use to verify carriers and to contact new carriers about our services.
  • Cookies and device information: we use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and to remember a device that has already passed a texted security code, so we don’t ask for a code every time. Your language and light/dark choice are stored in your browser. On our public pages (home, sign-up, load board and these legal pages) we use Google Analytics, which sets cookies to count visits and see which pages people use; it does not get what you type into forms. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not sell this data. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with Google’s opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout).

Signing in with Google

If you choose “Continue with Google”, Google shares with us your name, email address and a Google account identifier (the basic “openid email profile” information). We use it only to create your GTransport account, sign you in and contact you about your account and our services. We do not request access to your Gmail, contacts, files or any other Google data, we do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell it or share it with anyone except as needed to provide our services or as required by law.

GTransport’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You can disconnect GTransport from your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and ask us to delete your account and the Google information we received as described in “Your choices”.

Location and photos in the mobile app

The GTransport app uses your phone’s location only for loads: when you tap a status step (arrived, loaded, delivered), to fill in where your truck is empty, and, if you turn on “Share location on this load”, to share where the truck is with your dispatcher while that load is in progress, including when the app is closed. Sharing is off until you turn it on, shows a notification on Android while it runs, and stops by itself when you mark the load delivered or sign out. You can turn it off at any time in the app or in your phone’s settings. While sharing is on, we save the points of the trip (time, position and state) so we can show the route, give the broker updates you or your dispatcher turned on, prove arrival times for detention pay and add up miles by state for your IFTA fuel tax report. We don’t sell location or use it for advertising.

The camera is used only when you choose to photograph a load document (BOL, POD, receipts) or a company document. Push notifications are used for load offers, load updates and reminders; you can turn them off in your phone’s settings.

How we use it

  • To provide dispatch services: matching loads to your trucks, sending you load offers, negotiating with and booking through freight brokers, broker setup, tracking, paperwork and invoicing follow-up.
  • To verify operating authority and insurance with FMCSA.
  • To respond to your questions and call-back requests, in English or Spanish.
  • To keep records of agreements and load approvals, and to meet legal obligations.
  • To create and secure your account: signing you in, and texting one-time codes to confirm your phone, approve a new device or reset your password.
  • To improve our services and keep them secure.

Who we share it with

  • Freight brokers you haul for, to complete carrier setup and book loads you approve, as authorized in your dispatch agreement. This includes emailing them your carrier packet (W-9, certificate of insurance, operating authority and dispatch authorization).
  • Packet links: you or your dispatcher can make a private web link to your carrier packet (the documents you pick and a carrier information sheet) to send to a broker by text. Each link expires, can be view-only (no downloads) or need a passcode, can be turned off at any time, and records how many times it was opened. Anyone with an open link can see the documents in it, so share it only with the broker. Your dispatch authorization carries a code that a broker can check on our website to confirm it is current.
  • Your factoring company, and, if you ask us to connect you, a factoring partner.
  • Service providers that run our systems under confidentiality obligations: website hosting and file storage, our database provider, notification delivery services, Twilio (which sends sign-in and verification codes by text), email delivery and inbound email services (Resend and CloudMailin) for messages with brokers, Anthropic, whose AI reads load emails, broker replies, uploaded documents and receipt photos so we can act on them, and our technology partner Go North Systems, whose AI service (powered by Anthropic) generates the website assistant’s replies. Google provides sign-in if you choose it.
  • When required by law or to protect our rights and safety.

We do not sell your personal information.

Text messages

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we may send messages about load offers, your account and our services. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for help. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Keeping it safe

Documents are stored privately and are available only to GTransport staff. Access to our dispatch system requires a staff login. Your account is protected by your password (stored hashed) or Google sign-in, plus a texted code whenever you sign in on a new device. No system is perfectly secure, so please don’t send passwords, bank account or card numbers through chat or forms; we will never ask for them there.

How long we keep it

We keep carrier records, agreements and documents while we work together and afterward as long as needed for legal, tax and business records; trip location points and trip-cost receipts are kept with the load as part of those records (IFTA and tax records are kept for up to 7 years). Contact requests that don’t become a working relationship are deleted within 24 months.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your information or your account, or to stop contacting you, by emailing dispatch@gtransportfreightco.com or calling (603) 395-1915. You can turn off notifications in your phone or browser settings. Some records must be kept by law.

Our services are for businesses and are not directed to anyone under 18.
