Terms of Use

EFFECTIVE OCTOBER 17, 2026

These terms apply to the GTransport LLC website, online sign-up, website assistant, load-offer links, availability links and messages (together, the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to them. If you use our dispatch services, your signed Dispatch Services Agreement also applies, and it controls if the two differ.

Who we are

GTransport LLC is a truck dispatch company that works on behalf of motor carriers. We are not a freight broker, freight forwarder or motor carrier, we do not arrange transportation for shippers, and we never receive or hold freight payments. Brokers pay the carrier or its factoring company directly.

Using the Site

• The Site is for carriers, owner-operators, drivers and their representatives acting for a business.
• You agree to give accurate information and to upload only documents you are authorized to share.
• Anyone who signs the dispatch agreement online confirms they have authority to sign for the carrier. A typed name entered with intent to sign is a valid electronic signature.
• Don’t misuse the Site: no false information, attempts to access other people’s data, automated scraping or interference with its operation.

Your account

• You can create an account with your email and a password, or sign in with Google. Give us accurate information, including a mobile number you control; we text one-time codes to it to confirm it, to approve sign-ins on a new device and to reset your password.
• Keep your password and codes private and don’t share your account. You are responsible for what happens under it. Tell us right away at (603) 395-1915 if you think someone else has used it.
• If you sign in with Google, Google’s own terms also apply to your Google account. We use the information Google shares only as described in our Privacy Policy.
• You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that is misused or that gives false information.

Load offers and approvals

Load offers show estimated miles, rate per mile and profit based on information available at the time. Estimates can be wrong. Answering “Yes” to an offer authorizes us to try to book the load for you; a load is booked only when the broker confirms. Loads can be taken by others before we book them. You remain responsible for deciding whether you can legally and safely haul any load.

No guarantees

Load availability, rates and earnings depend on equipment, location, timing, your authority status and the market. We do not guarantee any number of loads, any rate, or any income.

Your responsibilities as a carrier

You are responsible for keeping your operating authority, USDOT registration and insurance active, for complying with safety, hours-of-service, licensing and permit rules, and for your drivers, equipment and cargo.

Website assistant

The chat on our website is an AI assistant. Its answers are general information and can be wrong. Prices, terms and load details are confirmed only by a GTransport dispatcher or in your signed agreement.

Messages and notifications

Fees

Our dispatch fee and how it is calculated are set in the Dispatch Services Agreement. The Site itself is free to use.

Intellectual property

The Site’s content, design and software belong to GTransport LLC or its licensors.

Disclaimers and limits

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent allowed by law, GTransport is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the Site, and our total liability for any claim about the Site is limited to $100. Liability for dispatch services is governed by your Dispatch Services Agreement.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire.
